A neuroscientist by training, Luigi has spent a career focused on accelerating the delivery of medicine to patients in need. With more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, life sciences, pharma R&D and AI, Luigi has built and scaled high-performing commercial organizations and driven hypergrowth for category-defining companies, helping accelerate the discovery, development and delivery of new medicines.

Previously, Luigi served as Chief Revenue Officer at BenchSci, leading global commercialization and helping establish the company as a leader in AI-driven preclinical research. Luigi has also held senior leadership roles at GE Healthcare and Olympus, spanning product strategy, innovation and global go-to-market execution.
