Sarah Fazio is the Chief People Officer of Flywheel. Sarah brings more than 15 years of strategic leadership in operations, HR, and insights research from a string of high-growth companies linked through acquisition — Iconoculture, CEB, Gartner, and SHL. Sarah holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. At Flywheel, she enjoys drawing on her experience in strategy and research-driven decision making to optimize operations and empower the best in teams, all while navigating changes in the healthcare industry.
