Account Manager (Sales Professional)


Generates sales and business, develops relationships with new customers, makes sales visits,

presentations and demos, maintains advanced knowledge of products and services, and establishes and meets sales goals.  Reports to Sales Manager.

Job Duties:

  • Develops and expands a portfolio of customers thru qualification and networking
  • Assesses customer needs and makes recommendations, including solutions and service packages
  • Knows Value Proposition (VP) and influence the customer until they can articulate the VP and connect it to their need set
  • Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients
  • Demonstrates Flywheel platform to highlight product benefits and capabilities
  • Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with customers
  • Maintains excellent customer relationships, high customer satisfaction
  • Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals, together with manager
  • Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance
  • Becomes fluent in all products and services offered by Flywheel
  • Feedback customer requirements/concerns back to management and product development team
  • Answers questions, describes benefits, and discusses pros and cons of various competing products or services
  • Create marketing assets to promote products
  • Attends trade exhibitions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering or Marketing,
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Healthcare Sales professional
  • Travel – USA focus
  • Advanced knowledge:
    • Medical Imaging
    • Medical Imaging research
    • Hospital departments and their interdepartmental synergies and dependencies as it relates to Flywheel platform
    • IT infrastructure
  • Excellent and thorough written and verbal communication
  • Interpersonal communication
